We’re the O’Brien family, and our hearts are deeply rooted in Wisconsin soil, working toward building a homestead that not only feeds our bodies but nurtures our souls. Homestead Haven WI is more than just a family homestead — it’s a place where we are learning, growing, and living intentionally. We are still searching for that special piece of land to call our forever home, and along the way, we are embracing every step of the journey.

Our passion for sustainable living and self-sufficiency shapes everything we do — from raising animals and growing food to creating high-quality, healthy products we are proud to share. We believe in working with the land, not against it, and honoring the gifts God has given us with care and gratitude.

 

Homeschooling isn’t just a choice for us — it’s woven into the fabric of who we are. It allows us to guide our family through real-life lessons in both books and the outdoors, instilling faith, resilience, and curiosity along the way.

 

But Homestead Haven WI isn’t only about farming or homeschooling. It’s about the life we live together as a family — the mountain tops we’ve celebrated and the valleys we’ve walked through hand-in-hand.
